La chose est rare sur XLR8R, un journal dont la ligne éditoriale flatte plus les disc-jockeys hollandais en manque d’electronica que les Hip-Hop lovers. Un cruel manque de street-crédibilité donc.

Heureusement à chaque règle son exception. Biggie et Company Flow, Bad Boy Records et Def Jux, New-York et Los Angeles. Mais l’âge d’or – le real Hip-Hop que scandait Das Efx – côtoie également des sphères plus confidentielles – celles qu’on aime, Sun Ra ou Dimlite – tout au long des 24 pistes qui composent ce mix.
